lyrics
When I die I don't care about where my soul may go
I lost all faith in my views a long time ago
So when I go to heaven I'll have two choices
Stay up there with those who judged me growing up
Or go to hell where I've always lived in
They don't punish the sin
They punish the sinner
I was born into a broken family
And a bastard I became
If God really forgives us all
Heaven will be full of the worst people to walk this earth
So I might as well burn in hell
It's not gonna be any different from where I've been
I fight these demons every day
And see the devil every night face to face
So if you think the punishments God has planned for me
Have me scared
I've been dealing with worst, since I've been on this earth

Fuck man, sometimes I need records to come along and remind me of just why I love hardcore. One look at who was playing on this demo and I knew this would be one of those records. Highly recommended. Mic
Black is beautiful. Inside outside. This band is superb. As a huge Sabbath fan I love the low tuned riffs, as well as the hardcore speed moments, short as they are: but it's exactly that which keeps it so damn interesting. Also love the interplays full of sweetness or speeches about black culture and being black within white domination. Still some things to learn. This is the real life in music form. Let's celebrate. UK82-inspired hardcore punk from Christchurch, New Zealand, gruff and fast and economical and, of course, righteously pissed. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 16, 2020
Dead Cross, Retox, and Qui members dish out subversive hardcore with an indignant smirk; come for the riffs, stay for the synth experiments. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 31, 2024
